Good Morning from The Cranberry Hill Inn in Southwest Harbor, Maine. We are a Bed and Breakfast overlooking the harbor just a short walk from the center of the village of Southwest Harbor. We are surrounded by Acadia National Park on the island of Mount Desert (pronounced dessert by the people of our island).
We start the morning for our guests with a huge breakfast that always includes fresh and local fruits, homebaked muffins and cakes and a variety of entrees to meet everyone's desires.
Our guests are always asking for recipes but a cookbook is a hard and complex process, so I am willingly sharing recipes through this blog.
My hope is to post recipes and our menus every few days through the summer season. We hope you enjoy the ideas for a great start to your day.
